Finishing of the leathers

The leathers are inserted into cabins inside which one or more rides of spray guns, performing high speed circulatory movements, spray fine droplets on the surface of the leathers, thus creating the desired effects.

The leathers are then drummed to make them even softer and measured. The measurement takes place using machines that scan the surface of the leathers and print the calculated measurement on the back side of the leathers.

The leathers are finally placed into carton boxes or on pallets according to the customer's request.
